The Syracuse Athletics Department continues to break ground in its efforts to provide Orange fans with the most exciting opportunities to enjoy men's and women's basketball games, men's and women's lacrosse games, concerts and other events. Beginning January 2, 2010, the “Club four-four” lounge will be open in the Carrier Dome for Orange fans looking to relax in luxury before and after the game. Access to the private club is available through a membership fee.
“Club four-four debuts as an innovative partnership between Syracuse Athletics and Turning Stone Resort & Spa,” said Syracuse director of athletics Dr. Daryl Gross. “The upscale, opulently designed space debuts as a Manhattan-style social meeting place for those who appreciate extraordinary atmosphere. Club four-four will inject a new form of luxury experience while viewing an Orange game or concert inside the Carrier Dome.”
Club four-four is located on the concourse level overlooking the basketball court from a behind-the-benches view. Club four-four at the Carrier Dome is where New York's ultra-VIPs will go to mix, mingle and cheer on the Orange.
“In major venues, there are ways to enjoy royal treatment, including sitting down in the front and row rubbing elbows with athletes, or up in the boxes observing everything from an amenity-filled view,” Dr. Gross said. “Club four-four at the Carrier Dome offers incredible atmosphere in a Manhattan club-lounge fashion.”
The 3,000-square-foot venue boasts an intimate setting with soft lighting, warm hues, contemporary night club furniture and multiple LCD TV screens. Club four-four will also offer signature libations and savory appetizers. But Club four-four isn't about food or cocktails. It's about Orange sports and events, and mostly about being there.
After the games and during events, mingle with Syracuse head coaches, enjoy premium valet shuttle service, a VIP entrance, pre-game and post-game access to the lounge before the main gates open and after they close, pre-sale access to tickets for all Carrier Dome events and a membership to the Orange Club.
