Tallahassee, FL (March 29, 2017) – Seminole Boosters, Inc., the fundraising arm for Florida State Athletics, announced their 2017 Spring Tour. The tour officially began on March 11th in New York City featuring Charlie Ward, with the second official stop in Orlando on March 17, featuring Coach Leonard Hamilton and the FSU Men’s Basketball team, in conjunction with the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. The annual tour features Head Coach Jimbo Fisher, Gene Deckerhoff, the official voice of the Seminoles, along with other Seminole Celebrities and former student-athletes.
The 2017 Spring Tour includes premier golf events with former players, cocktail parties and dinner events, interaction with Seminole greats, and much more. “Knowing that the majority of our fan base lives outside of the Tallahassee region, taking Seminole Athletics and the Booster Life experience to those supporters in their local area is a priority for us,” said Andy Miller, CEO of Seminole Boosters.
The Boosters have been overwhelmed by the response from Seminole celebrities who want to show their appreciation by helping raise funds for future of Florida State Athletics and student athletes. Past tours have featured Seminole legends, Charlie Ward, Brad Johnson, William Floyd, Dexter Jackson, Bobby Bowden, Gene Deckerhoff and many more.
