TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The weekend’s NFL Divisional Round action featured another heavy Florida State flavor, most notably in the Carolina-Seattle game, where former Seminoles Kelvin Benjamin and Graham Gano combined to score all of the Panthers’ points.
Elsewhere, Timmy Jernigan and Letroy Guion posted big games for their teams, and Bryan Storks has Patriots fans holding their breaths awaiting an update on the knee injury he suffered in a win over Baltimore.
Here’s a look at Noles in the NFL’s Divisional Round.
New England 35, Baltimore 31
Patriots: C Bryan Stork started but left midway through the game with a knee injury. His status for the AFC Championship Game is not yet known.
Ravens: DT Timmy Jernigan made two tackles and sacked Patriots QB Tom Brady for a loss of six yards.
Seattle 31, Carolina 17
Panthers: WR Kelvin Benjamin started and had a game-high seven catches for 75 yards and two touchdowns. K Graham Gano made a 35-yard field goal.
Green Bay 26, Dallas 21
Packers: NT Letroy Guion started, made five tackles and had a quarterback hurry.
Cowboys: LB Dekoda Watson played but did not record any statistics.
Indianapolis 24, Denver 13
Colts: DE Bjoern Werner played but did not record any statistics.
Broncos: CB Tony Carter was inactive.
